BY CONSENT By consent, the judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £1,614.[2]The claimant is entitled to payment of unpaid holiday pay of £572.[3]The claimant is entitled to a payment of notice pay and wages amounting to £2,652.[4]The holiday pay and notice pay figures at paras 2 and 3 are gross, and the respondent will account to HMRC for any deductions for tax and national insurance before paying the net balance to the claimant.[5]The redundancy payment at para1 is to be paid gross to the claimant.
