REASONS

[1]At a preliminary hearing on 29 July 2019, the claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £200 to pursue his claim of detriment on health and safety grounds, (S44 ERA 1996) and a deposit of £200 to pursue his claim of detriment on grounds of accompanying an employee (S12 ERA 1996). The Order was sent to the claimant on 21 October 2019. The claimant has failed to pay and so these complaints are struck out.[2]The claimant’s claim of automatically unfair dismissal, (S100 ERA 1996), will proceed to hearing.
