[1]The claimant's complaint of unfair dismissal was presented out of time, and it was reasonably practicable for it to have been presented within time so that the Tribunal cannot extend the time for its presentation. This claim is accordingly dismissed.[2]The claimant's complaint of race discrimination was presented out of time, but it would be just and equitable to extend the time for its presentation to 23 December 2018, and this claim may proceed.[3]Case Management Orders are issued in a separate Order.
