[1]The claimant was ordered to comply to an Unless Order at paragraph 83 of the Case Management Orders, sent to the parties on 12 November 2019. This order required the claimant to provide the information that was ordered in March 2019 which failing the claim would be struck out. The claimant has failed to comply with the Unless Order and therefore the claims are dismissed.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
