Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £863.20.[2]The respondent has breached the claimant’s contract by failing to pay pension contributions due, and is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £119.51.[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £971.10.[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £667.32.[5]The respondent has failed to provide the claimant with a statement of terms and conditions of employment and, in accordance with section 38 of the Employment Act 2002, is ordered to pay the claimant the higher amount of £863.20.[6]The hearing listed on 16 March 2021 is cancelled.
