He had until 26 August 2022 to object or to request a hearing to make representations.[2]The claimant did not respond.[3]Accordingly, the claim is struck out under rule 37 because it has not been actively pursued and the proceedings are at an end. The final hearing listed for 5 – 7 September 2022 is cancelled.
