Employment Judge RobinsonNot in attendance for claimantMr P Loftus (instructed by Solicitor) for respondentDate 29 May 2019

JUDGMENT

The judgment of the Tribunal is that as the claimant has for the second time not attended at a hearing of which he has been given notice, and on consideration of the pleadings and the respondent’s outline submissions relating to an application to strike out the claims, all the claimant's claims, including claims relating to unfair dismissal and any dismissal or detriment relating to an alleged protected disclosure, are struck out on the grounds that they have not been actively pursued and also that there is no reasonable prospect of success for the claims.
