The Judgment of the Tribunal on the preliminary issue is as follows:-[1]The Tribunal declares that the claimants were each employees of the respondent.[2]The claimants are entitled to bring all claims intimated. CASE MANAGEMENT ORDERS[1]The parties shall agree exchange and agree all documents to include the claimants’ statement of loss by 27 September 2019.[2]The parties shall exchange witness statements by 11 October 2019.[3]The claimants shall provide a bundle of documents to be agreed with the respondents prior to the hearing.[4]The hearing shall be listed for one day at Liverpool on 15 November 2019.
