The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a Case Management Order sent to the parties on 26 February 2020, the Tribunal gave the claimant a final opportunity to provide the additional further information about her claims previously ordered or to make representations why her claim should not be struck out because she had not actively pursued it. The claimant had failed to attend the hearing on 5 February 2020, when the Order was initially made and had repeatedly failed to comply with the earlier Order to provide further information about her claims She then did not provide the further information by 11 March 2020.[2]Furthermore, the claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing ,by 18 March 2020. The claim is therefore struck out.
