JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal based upon the contention that he was dismissed on 6 September 2018 is struck out on the ground that it has no reasonable prospect of success.[2]The claim is amended so as to permit the claimant to allege that he was unfairly dismissed on 15 November 2018.[3]The application by the respondent that the claimant be ordered to pay a deposit as a condition of continuing with the complaint of unfair dismissal referred to above is granted and an order in respect of that application is set out separately.
