JUDGMENT

[1]The name of the respondent is amended to Smooth Gym Limited and the claims against all other respondents are dismissed.[2]The claimant was dismissed on the grounds of redundancy on 25 October 2018 and is entitled to receive a payment from the respondent representing statutory redundancy pay amounting to £493.29.[3]The claimant is entitled to be paid by the respondent wages due to her for October 2018 in the gross sum of £861.30, subject to deduction of any tax and national insurance.[4]The claimant is entitled to 31 hours of holiday pay accrued at the termination of her employment amounting to the gross sum of £242.73, subject to deduction of any tax and national insurance.[5]The respondent breached the claimant's contract by not giving her notice of termination or paying her in lieu and she is entitled to compensation for breach of contract amounting to £712.53 representing the one month’s notice she would have received had the contract been complied with.
