JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal was not presented in time in accordance with sections 111 and 207B of the Employment Rights Act 1996 in circumstances in which it was reasonably practicable to do so.[2]The claimant’s complaint of age discrimination was not presented in time in accordance with sections 123 and 140B of the Equality Act 2010 in circumstances in which it is not just and equitable to extend time.[3]Accordingly, the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the complaints and the claim is dismissed.
