JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s claim against the second respondent was not presented in time, but it is just and equitable to extend time. The claim against the second respondent may proceed.[2]The first and second respondents unlawfully discriminated against the claimant contrary to sections 15, 20-21 and 39(2) and (5) of the Equality Act 2010. The claim is well-founded.[3]The first and second respondents are ordered to pay to the claimant compensation for unlawful discrimination in the total sum of £18,464.62 (inclusive of loss of earnings, injury to feelings, aggravated damages, an uplift and interest).
