JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was employed by the respondent until the effective date of termination on 31 July 2020.[2]The respondent made an unlawful deduction from the wages of the claimant and is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £2,295.66 gross.[3]The claim for accrued holiday pay on the termination of employment is unsuccessful and is hereby dismissed.[4]The respondent breached the terms of the claimant’s contract of employment by failing to pay to him outstanding fuel expenses and is ordered to pay to the claimant compensation in the sum of £52.50.[5]The counterclaim made by the respondent is unsuccessful and is hereby dismissed.
