[1]This matter had previously been listed for a preliminary hearing on 5 October 2021 when neither claimant attended. By an order of Employment Judge Aspinall issued that day and sent to the claimants, they were warned that she was considering striking out their claims as they had not been activity pursued. They were ordered to notify the Tribunal if they wished to pursue their claims and provide the Tribunal with additional contact details. They were advised of today’s hearing and ordered to attend.[2]The claimants have not complied with the Tribunal’s order, nor contacted the Tribunal or the respondent. They have not attended the hearing today. The claimants’ claims have not been actively pursued and are struck out.
