JUDGMENT
[1]The claim for unfair dismissal succeeds and the respondent is ordered to pay a monetary award of £3,764.75 to the claimant.[2]This comprises a basic award for unfair dismissal in the sum of £2,084.75, plus a compensatory award for unfair dismissal in the sum of £1,680.00.[3]The Employment Protection (Recoupment of Benefits) Regulations 1996 apply and for the purpose of those Regulations:3.1 The amount of the prescribed element is £1,680.00.3.2 The prescribed element is attributable to the period from 8 June 2020 to 14 September 2020.3.3 The amount by which the monetary award exceeds the prescribed element is £2,084.75.
