[1]The claimant is owed 7 days unpaid accrued holiday pay and his claim brought under the Working Time Regulations is well-founded. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant unpaid holiday entitlement in the sum of £1331.19 (7 days @ £190.17 per day including overtime).[2]The claimant was not provided with a statement of terms and condition of employment under section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant damages in the sum of £1016 (2-weeks’ pay @ the statutory maximum of £508 per week).
