No response having been presented and upon the information before the Employment Judge at the hearing, the Judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed by reason of redundancy and the respondent is ordered to pay him a Basic Award of compensation in the sum of £6150.00 representing 10 years’ continuous employment all when aged over 41 years at the effective date of termination, at his weekly pay of £410.[2]No determination can be made on the claimant’s remaining claims.
