Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay her damages in the sum of £125.00 net. Having regard to the content of her ET1 claim form, the claimant has not established a loss of more than one week’s pay in respect of the respondent’s failure to give notice or pay in lieu of notice.[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £1,125.00 (representing 6 years continuous employment when aged over 41 years at the relevant date at her weekly pay of £125.00).
