REASONS

[1]The claimant was ordered to pay three deposits of £250 each following a preliminary hearing held on 7 December 2020. The Order was sent to the claimant on 18 December 2020.The claimant has failed to pay the deposits. The complaints of unfair constructive dismissal, direct race discrimination and direct age discrimination are, therefore, struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013. Since these were the only remaining complaints, the entire claim is struck out.[2]The hearing fixed for 18-20 October 2021 will not take place.
