JUDGMENT

BY CONSENT, the Tribunal having been separately advised by both parties this morning that settlement has been agreed between them on terms set out in a schedule to a draft consent order provided to the Tribunal, the claim is treated as withdrawn by the claimant and it shall be treated as dismissed upon withdrawal without further order unless the claimant applies to the Tribunal on or before 22 March 2021 to advise that the terms of settlement have not been complied with.

REASONS

[1]The Tribunal was ready to commence the final hearing of the claim this morning. Shortly before 9.00am the judge was advised by his hearing clerk that the claimant had overnight sent a photograph of a consent order.[2]The Tribunal checked the position with the respondent’s legal representative this morning, who confirmed that a settlement had been agreed on the basis of a draft consent order for the Tribunal’s consideration. 1 of 2 Case Number: 2417079/2019(V)[3]The Tribunal has adopted and adapted the draft consent order, in the terms as above.[4]The attendance of the parties or their representatives is not required.
