JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent.[2]The respondent shall pay compensation for unfair dismissal to the claimant in the sum of £500 representing compensation for loss of statutory rights.[3]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £384.62 as damages for breach of contract/unlawful deduction from wages as unpaid holiday pay.[4]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the balance of the redundancy payment to which she is entitled in the sum of £480.77.[5]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £2,564.10 as damages for breach of contract/unlawful deduction from wages as notice pay to which the claimant was entitled but which was not paid by the respondent.[6]The claimant withdrew any claims of discrimination and those claims are dismissed.
