JUDGMENT
After hearing the parties and with their agreement, it is the Judgment of the Tribunal that[1]the claimant was an employee of the first respondent[2]the complaints against Jamil Ahmed and Nazara Ahmed are dismissed[3]the claimant’s complaint that he suffered unlawful deductions by the first respondent from his wages is well founded[4]the claimant’s complaint that he did not receive from the first respondent all of the holiday pay to which he was entitled on the termination of his employment is well founded AND in respect of the claimant’s complaints the first respondent is ordered to pay the claimant 1 in respect of the unpaid wages, the sum of one thousand pounds (£1000.00) 2 in respect of holiday pay, the sum of seven hundred and fifty nine pounds fifty one (£759.51) and 3 in respect of travel expenses, the sum of twenty three pounds fifty (£23.50) AND in respect of these sums the claimant shall account to Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs for any income tax and/or National Insurance Contributions that may be due
