[1]By a letter dated 12 February 2019 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because it has not been actively pursued in that you have failed to respond to emails sent to you by the Tribunal dated 7 and 26 January 2019.[2]The claimant has failed to make any representations as to why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing on 27 February 2019 will not take place.
