[1]The claimant's claims of age and disability discrimination, discrimination because of gender reassignment and harassment pursuant to S5, 6, 7 & 26 Equality Act 2010 and for unfair and automatically unfair dismissal pursuant to S98 & 103A Employment Rights Act 1996 are dismissed upon withdrawal. JUDGMENT

REASONS

[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £1,000 following a preliminary hearing held on 12 June 2019. The Order was sent to the claimant on 19 June 2019.The claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The claim is therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.
