JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent dismissed the claimant by reason of redundancy but failed to make a redundancy payment to him. The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment in the sum of £2,032.00 representing 4 years’ continuous employment when aged over 22 years at the statutory maximum week’s pay of £508.00 at the relevant date; and[2]The claimant presented his notice pay claim out of time but it was reasonably practicable for him to present it in time. The notice pay claim is dismissed for want of jurisdiction.
