JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint in respect of a failure to pay holiday pay under regulations 14 and 30 of the Working Time Regulations 1998 succeeds and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £100.16 in respect of annual leave accrued but untaken at termination of employment.[2]The complaint in respect of a statutory redundancy payment under sections 135 and 163 Employment Rights Act 1996 is well founded. The claimant has the right to such a payment and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant a redundancy payment in the sum of £1,378.08.
