JUDGMENT

[1]The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claims of both claimants for unfair dismissal and unlawful deduction from wages:a. were not entered in the time required by section 111 and 23(2) of the Employment Rights Act 1996;

b. it was reasonably practicable for the claims to have been entered in time; and

c. the claims were not, in any event, entered in such further period as the Tribunal considers reasonable in all the circumstances.

[2]Accordingly, the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the claims of unfair dismissal and unlawful deduction from wages and they are dismissed.
