JUDGMENT

[1]The employer’s contract claim is dismissed. No complaint of breach of contract was brought by the claimant and therefore the employer does not have the right to bring its own contract claim.

[2]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from pay succeeds and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1,468.00 deducted from her pay in respect of work done between 1-8 October 2019 (£564.90), 26 hours of overtime (£526.50) and payment for accrued but untaken annual leave (£376.60).
