JUDGMENT

[1]Mr Bouse made no claim to the Redundancy Service for payment from the National Insurance Fund pursuant to sections 166 or 182 of the Employment Rights Act 1996. His claim is therefore dismissed.

[2]The claimants did not have a contract of service with Postworth Ltd t/a Skyblue, pursuant to s.230 of the Employment Rights Act 1996. They therefore do not satisfy that they had a contract of employment and were employees of Postworth Ltd t/a Skyblue at the material time. The claimants were therefore not entitled to any payment under the provisions of section 166, 167 or 182 of the Employment Rights Act 1996. The claims brought against the respondent therefore fail and are dismissed.
