JUDGMENT

The respondent having failed to present a response within the time prescribed by rule 16 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013 the judgment of the tribunal is that:[1]The claimant’s complaints for unpaid wages, unpaid holiday pay and for breach of contract (notice pay) are well-founded.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant compensation calculated as follows: Unpaid Wages 1 week (in hand) and 1 day (25 November 2019) = 6 days at £100 per day £600.00 Unpaid Holiday pay 7 days x £100 per day £700.00 Unpaid Notice pay 4 weeks = £500 per week £2,000.00 Total £3,300.00[3]The respondent is ordered to pay the resulting sum of £3,300.00 to the claimant on or before 27 March 2020.
