JUDGMENT
[1]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal, the claimant does not have two years continuity of employment and the claimant is dismissed.[2]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the claimant’s complaint of unpaid accrued holiday pay and breach of contract, the claimant having presented her claim outside the statutory three-month time limit, it was reasonably practicable for the claim to be presented before the end of the time limit and the claimant’s claim for unlawful dismissal is struck out.[3]The Tribunal does not have the jurisdiction to consider the claimant’s complaint of unlawful race discrimination which was presented after the end of the relevant time limit and it is not just and equitable to extend the time limit and the claimant’s claims of unlawful race discrimination are dismissed.
