JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent’s name is amended to “Local Property Lettings Limited t/a LPL Estates”.[2]The complaint of unfair dismissal is struck out.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay the following sums to the claimant:3.1 £109.62 in unpaid wages;3.2 £134.29 in unpaid holiday pay;3.3 £164.43 in respect of the claimant’s notice pay; and3.4 £11.46 in unpaid expenses.[4]It is recorded that this judgment is made on the basis of the parties’ common understanding that the respondent is not required to make any deductions from the claimant’s earnings in respect of tax and national insurance. 22 March 2019
