Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages of 1 month’s pay and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £2,916.60.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in failing to give 1 month’s notice and the respondent is also ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the net sum of £2,265.28.[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £2,032.00 (representing 4 weeks’ pay at the statutory maximum of £508.00 per week).[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s outstanding holiday entitlement of 4 days and is also ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £537.02.
