JUDGMENT
[1]The claims of breach of contract, unpaid wages and unpaid untaken annual leave are well founded and succeed.[2]The respondent dismissed the claimant in breach of contract and is ordered to pay him 1 week’s pay amounting to three hundred and fourteen pounds (£314.50) gross of statutory deductions.[3]There was an unlawful deduction from the claimant’s wages for 5 days unpaid work in September in the sum of three hundred and fourteen pounds and fifty pence (£314.50) (gross).[4]The claimant incurred twenty nine pounds and thirty three pence in lawful expenses which, in breach of contract have not been reimbursed. The respondent is ordered to pay compensation in the sum of twenty nine pounds and thirty three pence (£29.33)[5]On the date of his dismissal the claimant had accrued 7 days annual leave of which he had taken none. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant for 7 days’ accrued and untaken leave which amounts to four hundred and forty two pounds (£442) gross[6]In total the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of eleven hundred and two pounds and thirty three pence.
