JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant's claim that he was entitled to one week’s notice pay was not contested by the respondent. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the agreed sum of £330 representing one week’s gross pay.[2]The claimant's claim that he was entitled to two weeks’ holiday pay was not contested by the respondent. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the agreed sum of £660 representing two weeks’ gross pay as compensation.[3]The claimant's claim that he was owed three days’ pay for work undertaken prior to the termination of his employment was not contested by the respondent. The claimant worked six days per week and accordingly three days’ pay amounts to one half of one week’s pay. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the agreed sum of £165 representing one half week’s gross pay as compensation.[4]The claimant's claim that he was owed sick pay for three weeks between 7 and 28 August 2018 was not contested by the respondent. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant compensation in the agreed sum of £220.50, representing three weeks’ statutory sick pay entitlement at a rate of £73.50 per week.[5]The claimant’s claim that he was unfairly dismissed is not well-founded and is dismissed.[6]The claimant's claim that he was owed backdated payments into his pension scheme is not well-founded and is dismissed.
