Mr M Wiatr v The David Lewis Centre: 2416045/2020

EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 2416045/2020
Mr M WiatrClaimantThe David Lewis CentreRespondent
Employment Judge BattenDate 19 October 2021

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By case management orders made on 9 September 2021 and sent to the parties on 10 September 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations in writing or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because: He had failed to attend the case management preliminary hearing on 9 September 2021 and had not engaged with the respondent to prepare for the hearing; He has failed to comply with case management orders to provide further information required about his claims; It appears that the claim has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
