[1]The claim is dismissed upon non-attendance of the claimant pursuant to Rule 47 found at Schedule 1 of The Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.REASONS
[1]Prior to making this decision, the tribunal noted that:a. The Notice of a Hearing had been sent to the correct contact details supplied by the claimant;b. The tribunal took steps to find reasons for non-attendance; i. The claimant ‘s supplied contact number did not successfully ring through and the Tribunal has no other contact number for the claimant; ii. The clerk e-mailed the claimant to confirm that the tribunal would be available all morning (and beyond the listed time) in the event 1 of 2 Case Number: 2415776/2020 that the claimant was able to log on to the Cloud Video Platform later;c. The tribunal waited until 12.20pm to see if the claimant would attend and he did not;d. No reason was provided in advance of non-attendance; ande. No witness statement or bundle of documents had been supplied by the claimant ahead of the hearing.
