JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant's claim for damages for breach of contract in relation to notice pay, unlawful deduction of wages and holiday pay all succeed, and the respondent is ordered to pay forthwith to the claimant the sum of £612.77 made up of £89.93 wages unpaid, £375.84 holiday pay and £147 notice pay.[2]The respondent was not in attendance but she did send in papers with regard to her defence, which the Employment Judge has considered before making the above judgment.[3]No further judgment or order need be made.
