[1]All claims in these proceedings are struck out (save for those referred to in paragraph 2 below).[2]The remaining claims are for:a. direct discrimination on the grounds of race and/or religion; andb. harassment on the grounds of race and/or religion, arising in each case from the claimant’s allegation that, in May and June 2020, he was subjected to excessive quality checks and/or disciplinary action.[3]To the extent (if any) that it is necessary to do so, the claimant is permitted to amend his ET1 to include these claims.
