JUDGMENT
The claimant’s application dated 7 November 2018 for reconsideration of the decision not to accept the claim against the 4 individual respondents is refused.REASONS
There is no reasonable prospect of the original decision being varied or revoked.[1]When a claimant submits a Claim Form (ET1) there must be an Early Conciliation Certificate for each named respondent.[2]There was only one Early Conciliation Certificate for the company respondent against which the Tribunal has accepted a claim.[3]It is open to a claimant to apply to add respondents and the claimant can do this in accordance with the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[4]It is not for an Employment Judge to do this on his own initiative in the circumstances of this case. 16/11/2018
