JUDGMENT

By consent the judgment of the Tribunal is as follows:[1]The complaint of a failure to pay holiday pay succeeds and the first respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £438.48 in respect of annual leave accrued but untaken at the date of termination.[2]The claim of breach of contract in relation to notice pay succeeds and the first respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £78.30 equivalent to a week’s pay.[3]The first respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £156.60 representing two weeks’ pay because of a failure to provide the claimant with a written statement of the main terms of her employment.[4]The remaining complaints of unfair dismissal and pregnancy discrimination will proceed and are the subject of a Case Management Order to be issued separately.
