The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By paragraph 5 of the Tribunal’s case management orders made on 2 February 2022, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing as to why the claim should not be struck out on the ground the Tribunal had no jurisdiction to consider it because she had not complied with the requirement to provide an ACAS Early Conciliation number or stated that any of the exemptions to such requirement applied.[2]The claimant has failed to make any representations in writing or to request a hearing. The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider the claim, because the claimant has not provided an ACAS Early Conciliation number. The claim is therefore struck out.
