[1]The claimant’s claims of unlawful deductions from wages are dismissed following a withdrawal of these claims by the claimant. The claimant’s other claims are unaffected by the judgment. JUDGMENT[2]The claimant’s claim for a determination of the particulars which should have been included in a written statement of particulars of employment, or a change of those particulars, pursuant to s.1 or s.4 of the Employment Rights Act 1996, is dismissed upon withdrawal by her. For the avoidance of doubt, all claims made in these proceedings have now been dismissed upon withdrawal by the claimant, and the proceedings are at an end.
