JUDGMENT

[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £2111.26. This figure includes £192.70 statutory sick pay.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages of £299.25 net.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £503.50 gross.[4]The complaint of unfair dismissal pursuant to section 103A Employment Rights Act 1996 is unsuccessful and is dismissed.[5]The complaint of detriment pursuant to section 47B of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is unsuccessful and is dismissed.[6]The complaint of direct sex discrimination is unsuccessful and is dismissed.[7]The complaint of indirect age discrimination is unsuccessful and is dismissed.[8]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £615.00 being a Preparation Time Order pursuant to Rule 76 of the Employment Tribunal Rule of Procedure 2013.
