JUDGMENT

The judgment and declaration of the Tribunal, following the respondent’s concessions, is:[1]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant's wages in respect of weeks 9-12 (by reference to the respondent’s payroll).[2]The respondent failed to pay to the claimant holiday pay due to her upon termination of her employment, where 15 hours and 54 minutes’ holidays were due to her.[3]The parties have agreed terms of settlement in respect of the above such that the respondent shall pay to the claimant:(1) The sum of £1,213.09 representing unpaid wages and financial losses sustained by the claimant attributable to the unauthorised deductions. (This Case No. 2415283/2018 is the net sum that the claimant will receive plus the net equivalent of the sum at 3(2) below) (2) Holiday pay representing the gross figure £190.80, subject to tax and national insurance.
