[1]Leave is granted to amend the name of the respondent to Richmond Hall Farm Limited.[2]The claimant's claim for non payment of accrued but unpaid holiday pay on termination of employment is well-founded and succeeds. I order the respondent to pay the claimant £1,733.40 within 14 days of the date of this Judgment. (The calculation is 214 hours x £8.10 for the period 18 January 2019 to the termination of employment on 24 October 2019 on the basis that the claimant worked a 60 hour week.)
