Mr M Tallon v Mitchells & Butlers Retail Ltd: 2415231/2021
JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant made one protected disclosure in 2016.[2]None of the other alleged protected disclosures qualified for protection.[3]The respondent did not subject the claimant to any of the alleged detriments on the ground that he made a protected disclosure.[4]The claimant was not unfairly dismissed within the meaning of section 103A of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[5]The claimant was not otherwise unfairly dismissed.[6]The tribunal cannot consider the claimant’s proposed complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages. This is because it requires an amendment to the claim form. Permission to amend is refused.
