[1]The respondent informed the Tribunal on 6 June 2022 that the case had been settled and the claimant would be withdrawing his claim.[2]The claimant failed to respond to requests for clarification from the Tribunal dated 6 June and 12 July. He was warned that his claim might be struck out if he did not reply by 26 July. There was still no reply.[3]Accordingly, the claim is struck out under rule 37 because it has not been actively pursued and the proceedings are at an end.
