JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaint of indirect race discrimination as set out in paragraph 51 (b) of the Grounds of Complaint is struck out on the ground that it has no reasonable prospect of success.[2]Save as aforesaid, the respondent’s application that the claimant’s complaints should be struck out is refused.[3]The application by the respondent that the claimant be ordered to pay a deposit as a condition of continuing with the other complaints of indirect discrimination and to contentions in respect of the complaint of unfair dismissal unfair dismissal referred to above is granted and an order in respect of that application is set out separately.
